Rules

ARTICLE 1

Participating teams will draw into groups. Playing the system will be chosen so that each team should ensure at least 5 matches during the tournament. The draw and times of matches will be informed through various cooperative e-mail and web site BCM Ostrava at least one week before the start of the tournament. In the event of any changes or complications tournament organizer has the right to change the gaming system.

ARTICLE 2

Games will be in accordance with international regulations except:

1. 1. Games will be 4 x 10 minutes
2. 2. Players are permitted 5 personal fouls
3. 3. Games will have only one 5’ period extra-time in the case of a draw
4. 4. If after extra time there is a draw, 5 free throws are permitted to players on the court at the end of the extra-time period.

ARTICLE 3

A ruling committee will arbitrate following international regulations to the best of their ability any and all queries. Committee members:

• - Mr. Radovan Kouřil (president of the Organisation)
• - Mr. Jan Veselý and Mr. Jaroslav Kovář (vice president of the Organisation)
• - the referees leader

The decision of the ruling committee will be specified to the teams by written.
